High altitude balloons and funding - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zN_uAnKKUd4

https://eclipse.montana.edu/ From Dan - USA Nationwide Eclipse Ballooning Project. Keep in mind you need a team of at least 5 people and you need to crowd fund at least another $3,000 to $10,000 to finish the kit and support travel. You should spend at least 1-2 years working on the project using the kit from Montana state. So get started now if you want to launch in 2024 for the next USA total eclipse proejct. If you outside the USA, the plans and kit are all open sourced and docmented, so you could work with your government to fly durring total and partial eclipses in your area.
