Basic shape study

Basic shape study. Since the arm is made of flat PCBs, I don't have many parameters to play with.

Dimensions of the basic shape.

I set the diameter of all the arcs to d3, which is the diameter of the first arc. I change that and the whole model updates.

I eventually decided to make all the joints the same shape, because it's simpler and because when the big arcs go inward, there isn't enough room on the board for all the components. So here's the final 3D design:
