Write Something at front​

This part presents how I integrate all of my design together.

Basic Idea​

The basic idea is that I holds all the big hardware parts(reComputer, reRouter) fixed, temporary fixed the wire. The most important thing is to leave enough space for my input and output modules.

Overall, my bottom reserve is 15mm. Then it will leave to my rest. I shall also have a 3mm thick floor to support all the other parts.

reComputer Fixing Design​

For fixing reComputer, my bottom length and width come from Seeed Studio official parameter settings. And regarding the top and joint design, I refer to the hardware layout of Seeed Studio Wiki:

I should test the height. So on the Onshape, I will design a small part first:

Printing it out and test the height of each port of reComputer:

Mark each length with a pen:

Got the height of each part, which is 15mm, and 17mm.

Thus, for my design the height should be 30mm and 32mm.

Then, refer to the previous image of hardware layout, I can design the joint now:

and extrude the part

Then use 3D printer to print it. Looking good for holding the reComputer:

reRouter Fixing Design​

For fixing reRouter, my bottom length and width come from Seeed Studio official parameter settings. And regarding the top and joint design, I refer to here as well.
