10. Molding and casting

Smooth cast 300 :

Color: Wihte

Mix Ratio: 1:1 by WEIGHT

Open Time: 3 mins

Demold Time: 7 -10 minutes

  • Materials should be stored and used in a warm environment.
  • These products have a limited shelf life and should be used as soon as possible.
  • Mixing tools should be made of metal, glass or plastic.
  • Wear safety glasses, long sleeves and rubber gloves to minimize contamination risk.

Silicone Rubber Polytek :

Color: Yellow

Mix Ratio: 1:1 by WEIGHT

Open Time: 8-10 mins

Demold Time: 16 hours

  • Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing.
  • Avoid breathing vapor.
  • Use inadequately ventilated areas.
  • Do not eat, drink or smoke in the work area. Wash hands after handling.
  • Store indoors. Do not exceed 120ºF.
  • Store in original container tightly closed.

Graffiti resin :

Color: Transparent

Mix Ratio: 1:1 by WEIGHT

Open Time: 2-3 mins mins

Demold Time: 24 hours fully cured within 72 hours.

  • Wear protective gloves.
  • Wear eye or face protection.
  • Avoid breathing
