About Me

This is me Hi! My name is Shoko Kudomi.
I’m interested in solve problems with design.
I currently work as an consultant mainly for ODAs, and also work for FabLab Kamakura as an intern.
My first career was an in-house web director(designer), mainly in charge of maintenance/operation since I love create something.
After that I work for JICA(Japan International Cooperation Agency), as a volunteer and also as a staff since grassroots international cooperation is my main concern.
And finally I met FabLab. I thought this is the great way to create something with community.
Through intern experience in FabLab, I felt I need more knowledge and experience to do it. Also, I met lots of nice people.
I would like to expand my knowledge and network through exploring Fab Academy.

My Fab Experiences

My first FAB experience was making stool. (Please see photo on the left)
During my internship in FabLab Kamakura, I supported 2 programs: Fab Club(for people who want to use FabLab) and FAB QUEST(for high school student).
Basically, I had no experience with electronics, so it was learning-by-teaching process(sometimes learn with students).
