Introduction

This week I worked on defining my final project idea and started to getting used to the documentation process.

==== Final project masterpiece ====
Propose a final project masterpiece that integrates the range of units covered, answering:

1) What will it do?
- It will help people to acquire a good electric drum kit at low cost and without taking up much space.

2) Who's done what beforehand?
-I used to play drums for a long time when I was in high school, but I had to stop playing it because I was already starting college and also that it took up a lot of space and also that I didn't have time to play. I finally had to give it to a friend who was interested in learning how to play.
So when I started Task 5, my teacher Billy, who also plays drums, told me about possible projects for my final project that we came up with making an electric drum kit. On the internet, other people have done similar things, only that my idea will use silicone pads and my drum case will be in MDF and I will make a cellulose PCB.
If I manage to do it and everything goes smoothly, it could help drummers new and old who want to learn and enjoy themselves, rock out while playing this great and extreme instrument and don't give up. I really want to play in it.

3) What will you design?
- A fab-Electric Drum Kit, I will design:
the PCB circuits.
the Drums and Cymbals.

4) What materials and components will be used?
- Tinkercad circuits, easyeda, Fabmodules to design the circuit.
- Milling machine to print the Drum Kit.
- Laser cutter to cut the Design.
- Molding and castting

5) Where will come from?
-FabLab-UCAL La Molina in LIMA, PERU

6) How much will they cost?

7) What parts and systems will be made?
-04 Drums in the MDF and the pads are in molding of silicon.
-02 Cymbals in the MDF
-02 modls of wax -01 microcontrolador attmega328-au for the all DrumKit, the system that will be connected to the MIDI.

8) What processes will be used?
-2D design, 3D design, Electronic desing, Programming Milling and Molding and castting and Lasercut.

9) What questions need to be answered?
-What problems are there in current drums that I can solve in this drum?
-How would the implementation be to achieve a good sound and easy use?
-Will the drum design be attractive and innovative?
-How will the assembly of a drum be?
-Will the drum be easy to store and transport?
-What would the electronic part of a drum look like?
-Would the drum programming be too complex?
-How would the sound of my drum come out when playing?
-Will the serious drum be able to customize the sound of the pads?
-Would the pads reduce the sound and still boost the bounce?
-How functional would the drum be?
-Would the materials be affordable?

10) How will it be evaluated?
-If the LED its blink light it means ready to use. And when you hit the drums with a drumstick, it produces a sound through MIDI. Lets ROCK lml

For tem of the COV 19 I was change my design and idea of my drum kit, the change is only in the fabrication in first case I think use CNC machine but my FabLAb was close thats why I change for laser cut and the size of my drum is smaller than my first idea, I hope soon fabricated my first idea. Please go to my process and adventure in the manofacturing my Electic DrumKit. click in this link
