The goal of this week is to understand, and accordingly choose a license for my web page's content as well as my final project and plan about its future development opportunities.
For my assignments and project, I will use the Creative Commons License because it is easy to set up and it provides exactly the rights which I want to be effective for my project and is used by most of the Fab lab students.
I will shortly describe its details.
CC logo has six options and three layer designs:
As you can notice on all my pages, I shared there link and logo on all my pages.
My plan is to finalize all the necessary tests and details of my project, then attach it to the "Ultimaker 3" 3D printers available in our faculty and receive the positive feedback about it.
Since we are a small country and the high humidity is a major fact and problem in our country located at the coast of the Mediterranean Sea so the users of PVA in all over Lebanon will be in need of this "Dehumidifier".
I am a very active person in the Lebanese startups and innovation ecosystem, and in close contact with the dealers of the "Ultimaker 3" in Lebanon. My product will resolve their problem related to using the "PVA" material and increase their sales numbers in terms of "Ultimaker 3" as 3D printer and the PVA material. It will be a win-win situation.
My dissemination plan is to use my network and the positive and efficient result of my product to market it. I also attend all the technology, Fab labs and start-ups related conference, trainings and events that can be beneficial to market more and more my product.
My summary slide:
I used the VSDC Free video editor software to prepare the final video. I prepared a new file containing all the pictures and videos that I wanted to input in the final video, then inserted them in my preferred order and adjusted the total timeframe as well as the single timeframe for each picture.
After that I exported and converted the file from .vproj to .avi. The final conversion from .avi to .mp4 was done using the online software cloudconvert to convert my video to .mp4. I also used ps2pdf to compress the size.
