About me¶

Hi! I am Ani! I am from Armenia, Gyumri. I am currently a third-year student at the State Academy of Fine Arts, majoring in Decorative and Applied Arts.
I am participating in Fab Academy because I want to combine art, design, and modern digital technologies to create functional and concept-driven objects. Fab Academy is an experimental platform for me, where I can turn ideas into real, tangible products.
My background¶
After graduating from high school, I decided to continue my studies at the Gyumri branch of the State Academy of Fine Arts of Armenia, in the Department of Decorative and Applied Arts. During my studies, I developed skills in working with form, material, and composition. This experience led me to become interested in contemporary creative methods and digital technologies, which is why I chose Fab Academy—as an opportunity to combine art, design, and technology in one environment and transform ideas into practical, real-world projects.
My Hobby¶
Since I study in the Department of Decorative and Applied Arts, creativity is an important part of my daily life. In my free time, I enjoy designing and creating decorative pieces, experimenting with different materials, and turning my ideas into finished products.
Most of my works are designed for interior decoration.

These are some of my first decorative works, through which I expressed my creative ideas and artistic vision. They were later exhibited, marking one of the first important milestones in my creative journey.
Each project is unique and reflects my creativity, attention to detail, and the techniques I have learned throughout my studies.

This collection was created by exploring geometric compositions and the expressive possibilities of metal. By combining different shapes, colors, and materials, I aimed to create modern decorative pieces that serve as unique focal points in interior spaces.
I enjoy exploring new ideas and continuously improving my skills by creating handmade decorative objects.

This decorative wall lamp is handcrafted from copper and black metal, combining artistic metalwork with warm LED lighting. It was designed as a unique interior décor piece that brings both aesthetic value and a warm, inviting atmosphere to a space.
This passion also inspired my Final Project. I designed it to be closely related to my field of study so that I can apply the knowledge and skills I gained during Fab Academy to my future professional work.
