Let's define some points of the final project starting with the packaging.
The idea was to make a package with the thermoformed plastic, but there many details I didn't took into account.
Like some changes on the case of the final product, and the controller. So I discarded that option but did the case anyway.

What I did was a friendly final design. Starting with making a case with the less things possible.
Internal packaging
Talking about internal packaging I designed some supports for the motors with 5 different functions
Keeping the motor in it's place
Letting air pass through the motor so they don't overheat quickly
Hide the wires of the motors facing then straight to the motherboard and it's place on the circuit.
Close the exterior side of the wheels with the case so dust, water or trash won't come into the car.
Support the mother board on the upper side of the motor supports.
Case design
As you can see the case has holes for the BT antenna and some air flowing inside the car.
The wheels are hidden and divided form the electronic part of the car for more aesthetic design and protecting the
electronic of water, dust, trash or anything that can grab the wheels.
There is a space for the ON/OFF button on the back side, this will completely kill the car and completely turn on the car so you don't have to
do different ignition process.
It has just the space and angle for the leds/eyes that will indicate the status of the car (ON/OFF), give a aesthetic look and visible on dark places
All the motor screws are hidden within a 2 floor design. Showing just the case and battery port screws.
It has a specially design easy access battery port. This design will give the customer access just to the battery so he can unplug it and charge it.
It has space for velcro straps to keep the battery in it's place.
Controller design
The controller has a simply and functional design just space for a joystick, the battery, the micro and a voltage reducer module.
The battery has no easy access and the screws are not hidden. This was focussed on functionality.
It also has space for the antenna on the front of the controller.
