1 to 6th Week Assigment Management
The crazy idea of catching up with weeks assignments
Because
I've got in this diploma during 7th week classes, for this assignment I consider that I
needed to explore options about how I can follow up the activities that I need to undertake to work
on all individual ang group assignments for the 6 previous weeks. Because I've got a master in
Project Management, I'm used to work with Microsoft Project, a Licensed software that I consider
very useful. However, due to the spirit of this diploma on promoting open source software and
collaborative platforms, I wanted to explore other options. I found Gantter from google apps,
thinking on a platform that I could acess on line, and as google plugins I found GantterI tried, it is very similar to Project, however It is only 30 days
free, and when I tried to used for planning the activites, I could modified the calendar options.
Because I plan to work on saturdays and sundays, and amplify the working hours. However the platform
did not allowed me to do it within the free option. Considering that I did not have too much time to
look for other options I decided to plan this 6 weeks' assignments using Microsoft Project.
The following picture show my plan, I'm aimed to work on parallel. I'll try to work on previous assignments while working on current ones. thus my plan ends on April 30th
