Invention, Intellectual Property, and Income
For this week, our assignment was to work on a rough draft for our informational slide and video of our final project. We also had to decide on what kind of licensing we wanted for our project.
Both the video and the slide are very much so a rough draft, but at least they're giving a bit of an idea of what the end will be like. You can see the slide below.
As for the video, I only have a few clips so far of the building process from make something big week, but in the coming days will film a lot more as Whitney and I work on the rest of our project. My video will include us putting the frame together, milling the circuit board, programming the lights, working on assembly of the base, laser cutting acrylic, and more!
Licensing
As for licensing, Whitney and I decided that we want a Creative Commons license. While We don't necessarily care if people copy our ideas or use them, we would rather they don't make money off of them.
