About me¶
Hi, I’m Bryan!
To me, creation is most fun when it has both a soft and hard side!
I have graduated from Singapore Polytechnic with a Diploma in Computer Engineering, currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with a Second Major in Innovation and Design Programme (iDP). My main interests are Electronics, Robotics, and Artificial Intelligence.
I was first introduced to Digital Fabrication under a prestigious programme in Singapore Polytechnic, called the Engineering Academy. In there, we applied Design Thinking skills to Concieve, Design, Implement and Operate prototypes ranging from as simple as a cardboard mockup to as complex as a fully integrated hardware and software system.
As I come from a humble family, I am also working part-time to fund my studies. I am fortunate to be working under Sing-Ed Global Schoolhouse, where I will be setting up FabLabs in both Malaysia and Singapore. As such, I felt a need to have a deeper understanding of the various tools available in a FabLab, and hence decided to take up FabAcademy.
I’m looking forward to learn a lot more from the many mentors and peers in FabAcademy!
