16. System integration

This week I integrated some of my final project's components:

I checked all measurements were right with an assembly:

I had to make the lightning's hole a little bigger.

Then I printed the inner lightning that has some components:

Then I prepared the box face file for laser cutting.

And with that, I was able to assemble my first integration:

I used some screws and powerful double sided tape for the 3D printed piece.

After some feedback, I also worked on cable management, designing some clips that could hold the cables in place and organize them by component instead of just tying with strips.

I measured the cables, designed several versions in tinkercad and printed each one to test, improving the design with each iteration:
