About Me
Hey there, I'm Mark!
I'm an entrepreneur living between London and Spain. Sounds glamorous. Mostly, it means my socks are always in the wrong country.
I specialise in real estate re-modelling and development — projects in London, Barcelona, and Madrid — as well as US equity investment from a former life in money management.
I studied International Business and Management in Paris and London, followed by Real Estate Finance. Along the way, I picked up a few unexpected extras: filmmaking, and cuisine and pâtisserie at Le Cordon Bleu. (Turns out croissants are harder than capital markets.)
Outside work, I like to keep both mind and body engaged — with reading, history, travel, cooking, science fiction, and calisthenics. Not all at once, though I've tried.
Between 2020 and 2022, I created a digital tool that became indispensable to my work. It wasn't something you could hold — but it changed how I operate and started me dreaming again about whether I would ever build the things that I had imagined, especially the kind that don't exist yet.
I'm particularly interested in assistive technology, field robotics, optimised living, quantified-self, wearables, gamified health, and ecological self-sufficiency — all tied together by a fervent interest in process engineering.
A chance discussion with ChatGPT led me to Fabacademy. Now I'm here — with a box of tools, a head full of ideas, finally in a place where overthinking is considered part of the design process.
I'm looking to connect with like minded people. You can find me here or
