Assignment

Develop a plan for dissemination of your final project.
Prepare drafts of your summary slide (presentation.png, 1920x1080) and video clip (presentation.mp4, 1080p HTML5, < ~minute, < ~10 MB) and put them in your website’s root directory

My final project is a mix of existing technology and devices, but the casing is my own design so I keep it CC BY of CC license.
What I wanted to do with this devices is to decorate the gate and surprise the guest. This is why I use sensor light and the lights are turned on as guest approaching.
Therefore I surely believe that people who wants to decorate its building or garden and surprise guests are interested in this system.
I would like to raise my dissemination plan as follows;
1. At first set up many devices and LEDs for my guest house. And listen to guests comment, or take photo and movie.
2. I can share such comment/photo/movie with SNS and booking platform like Airbnb. To appeal guests.
3. The more guests make comments on this lighting, the more other accommodation owner's may be interested and contact to us.
4. With such potential customers voice, I communicate with maker to order production or crowd funding operator to make it crowd funding for more big movement.

I will work to evolve my device to make it smaller and less expensive.
I also try to make it using solar charging power source.
Not only hard devices but the example or tip of how to show with this devices also important. So I will try many type of lighting and take photos to develop our "Sample book".
To fit old building like ours, the casing should be made of wood or bamboo. I will try this as well.

I made my slide with Adobe Photoshop and export it with specified size (1920x1080 png file).
I made my video clip with Adobe Premiere Pro and export it then compressed with ffmpeg to under 10M. For compressing I chose "-crf 31" then I got good file size.
