Previous work

After graduating in 2019 from INP-HB as an electrical engineer, I worked for two years in a company as a project manager. I lived in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire. I had a great experience in a company before applying for higher education as a professor. I was recruited as a teacher-researcher at the National Polytechnic Institute of Yamoussoukro (INP-HB) > I now live in Yamoussoukro, the capital of Cote d’Ivoire. In order to make the training more practical and to create a working environment accessible at any time to the student, I created my mini fab lab. Indeed, the rooms for practical work are only available during class time. With my mini fab lab, students could work beyond the hours of class. My mini fab lab that I call ‘’Akuna lab’‘. Akuna means reflection in my native language so Akuna lab is the laboratory of reflexion. 2018, I have seen many students pass by. Akuna lab has been officially recognized thanks to the projects realized to answer the covid pandemic in 2020. My team and I have developed several projects such as disinfection tunnels, automatic gel dispensers and we have also worked on a prototype of artificial respirator. We have initiated an awareness project with drone. Following the end of covid in our region and the lack of funding some projects have been stopped.
