WEEK 10 mecanical design, machine design¶
FOR I was the mechanical designer of the machine’s system.
OBJECTIVE
our project is to make an automatic tray
for scanning 3D objects via a telephone
what i learned¶
I learned how to use the component script on fusion 360.

[X] use script to generate a gearwheel
- open Fusion 360
- create a sketch
- open the utilities tab
- Then open ADD_INS

select SpurGear you have to enter all values
in my can : D = 12 mm teeth = 15 mm
don’t dreat but RUN it
- finish the Sketch
result
save it as STEP FILE
Solidworks
I continued on solidworks to finish the project.
**Why, because without internet i can work on the projet.

step:3 a sketch in my case begin by cercle but i created a new sketch on the gear plan

**OTHER DETAILS
this piece represents the modeling of the crown
this part is used to assemble the gearwheels in our system.
WHY ASSEMBLY ?
I assembled the machine to see its appearance and mechanical constraints.
what i learned¶
i learned, woking in groupe.
i learn more thing from solidWorks like :
- rendering
- make a parametric assembly
- open a DXF file
