Raffaele Perez
Welcome to my personal Fab "Space"
My name is Raffaele Perez and I have lived in Spain since February 2001. Although I am not Spanish, I consider the city of Cartagena as my second hometown. The climate of the City of Cartagena is unbeatable, it is very similar to the city where I was born, which is Naples in Italy, where I was living until I was 26 years old.
More than 10 years ago I began to work part-time at Technical University of Cartagena and as of February 2019 full-time, as a laboratory technician in the architecture department located on Calle Real de Cartagena in the CIM building. This building is located in a spectacular setting overlooking the harbor.
My work consists, among other things, in helping architecture students to manufacture the models for the correction of the tutored projects, make the prototypes for the tests and manage the CAD classrooms to help the teaching tasks of the teachers. I also do computer purchases for the architecture department and computer preparation. If there are any problems with the teaching software, I am the first resource.
Since I was a boy I loved opening the electronic devices that were breaking in my house, although my family was not entirely comfortable with my passion. Today, after work, my passion is outdoor sports and meeting friends over a tasty beer.
