For this week I have to complete my final project plus tracking and documenting my progress by answering the following questions.

what tasks have been completed, and what tasks remain?

I have completed some tasks and my final project but I've issue with Electronics assigments cause i didn't have electronics needs as SMD package ,As COVID19 affect, the complete quarantine took place in my country, all shipping companies canceled shipping operations to us while I was in the process of receiving a shipment of electronics from DigKey, group assigments didn't complete cause i works remotly with fab new cairo

what has worked? what hasn't?

group assignments because I was study remotely with Fab Lab New Cairo as covid-19 disease effect I couldn't travel to egypt as we arrangement to it before.

What’s working? What’s not?

As of right now, everything that I have designed for my project works good, some challenges passes through some alternatives

What questions need to be resolved?

Although there are a few questions here and there,but the main question is that: what is the processes after prototyping? and How could improve the quality? how to convert the prototype to real production and mass of production?.

what will happen when?

what happen if the power outage when 3D printer work - cause in my city the power is usually outage- my project needs longe time to print acualy every part needs 4-6 hours this was my nightmare in this week, if power outage when 3Dprinter works 3 or 4 hour thats means I need to reprint again and again,..But my colleague "Ishaq" said there was a way to get the G-code (incomplete Gcode)to print the rest of the parts where the machine stopped The second challenge is that I did not find in the 12 cartridge that we have in our fablab the yellow color that I needed to print a body of minion, but my instructor Khaid said I can color it by using Tinted sprayer,this was Good Idea.

What have you learned?

In general this academy, I was out of my comfort zone that makes me challenge to learn a lot of things. 

 I've learned an huge quantity of things about the digital fabrication as:
- I've learned CAD design 3D and 2D before academy it was impossible for me to draw or use any of CAD design it was out of my work area.
- I've learned CNC machine how to use and calibrate it.
- I've learned How to make furniture.
- I've learned how to product PCB.
- I've learned how to search for an idea and make it just in one week.
- I've learned a lot of softwares in short time that i didn't imagine  I can.
- I've learned HTML and CSS the world of web development
