Final Project
An autonomous indoor delivery robot designed to navigate and transport items between rooms without human assistance. The robot is built on a custom laser-cut acrylic chassis designed in Fusion 360, driven by stepper motors controlled via DRV8825 motor drivers. Three custom PCBs were designed in KiCad and milled in-house — a master board running the XIAO ESP32-C6 for Wi-Fi and I2C coordination, an ATtiny1614-based motor control board, and an ATtiny3216 LED board for the animated robot eyes. All boards communicate over I2C via JST connectors.
About Me
Mechanical Engineering graduate with a strong passion for technology and innovation. Previously worked as a Design Engineer at Aero360, where I designed components optimised for manufacturing, assembled drone systems, and conducted rigorous performance testing to validate flight systems.
I also freelanced as a CNC programmer and have hands-on experience with 3D printers — from assembly to calibration and troubleshooting. Currently attending Fab Academy at Super Fablab Kerala, expanding my skills in digital fabrication, PCB design, and embedded systems development.
