What is Creative Commons (CC)?

There are 4 core conditions that are combined to provide different or more restrictive permissions to users.

CC BY Attribution - (BY)

You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.

CC SA Share Alike - (SA)

If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original.

CC NC Non-Commercial - (NC)

You may not use the material for commercial purposes.

CC ND No Derivatives - (ND)

You may not allow any remixes or derivative copies of the original material to be shared.

There are 6 standard Creative Commons Licences

Dissemination

For my final project, I would like to share it, make it open source. Because many children around the world can’t afford a smartphone, console, or such games, so it will be great to have an inexpensive plan to entertain for them.

The Creative Commons Licences suit for this project is …

CC ND

Attribution-NonCommercial-Share Alike (CC BY-NC-SA) 4.0 International
