Dissemination Plan

Who is you Project For?

My project is intended to be used as and exhibit and not commericalizatio. As I work for the National Science Centre in my country of Trinidad and Tobago, the project will be used to educate visitors on the importance of solar tracking or at bear minimum solar panel placement in solar energy systems. This will become increasingly important as our country is incorporating renewable energy systems to mitigate the increasing enegry cost.

### How is it Funded?

The project was funded through a grant my organisation (NIHERST) acquired from the Ninth European Development Fund (NEDF).

Intellectual Property Protection for the Project?

Although my project may have some Intellectual Property (IP) that may fall within one of the follwing categories:

  • Patent

  • Industrial Design

  • Trademark

  • Copyright

I believe it isn’t sufficent to be pursued as most of the technolgy used would already have IP protection and the given the fact that the project of was funded by my organsation they would also have a say in the rights.

Is there a Business Plan?

As my project will be be used for educational purposes,no business plan was created. However ,as the cost of energy in steadily increasing I do see the potential business opportunity with investing in renewable energy.
