Design, make, and document a press-fit construction kit

For my computer controlled cutting project I designed my business card.

As sculptor I would like to give to my clients a business card that can be a sculpture too.

I designed a standard card with simple horizzontal cuts and on the side my etched info.

Based on the thickness and elasticity of the material I designed the lines and connector.

When you try to connect the opening to the connector the shape starts to be evident.

When the two parts are connected the elasticity mantains the shape...

and the client can have a business card and a portable sculpture!
