Mechanical design

For the student: In asking which make the mechanical design of my final project. In my project I have several mechanical designs such as:



a) Transmission of motion and power. I require two motors to move the paddle mixer and dispenser of milk. In this case your design palette and servo coupling for dispenser and bottle holder and attach to the mixer motor DC.

b) Structure of the machine. Design the main structure of my machine in CAD ​​and then machine it to the Shopbot, 12 mm MDF.



c) Internal components of the machine.
Design the following components in CAD​​:
Milk and water dispensers, caps, brackets, etc.. Some of them print it in 3D and others in the ShopBot. It should be noted that these prototypes to analyze its performance since the final idea is that the dispensers are stainless steel because it is food handling.
