0. Students Bootcamp

This week, I took an online bootcamp for two days, January 19th and 20th. The first class starts the following day. Day 1 focused on general tips, tools, and survival strategies, while Day 2 covered a basic technical overview necessary for getting started.

• There are no actual assignments in this bootcamp. However, since classes will start soon, you should at least prepare a self-introduction page. Also, learn how to record information such as photos and videos.

Schedule

The weekly class materials and recordings are done once every two weeks. There are weekly local sessions and regional reviews. In the case of Kamakura, the next day of class is a local session, and 12 o’clock or 21 o’clock the day before class is the Asian Review Day. The class page consists of links. Group assignment and individual assignment are issues in each state, and group assignment is summarized on the group page.

Students

There are pages for each individual on this page. Each student must complete the previous week’s assignment and update this page before the next class begins. The trick is to update the page with the feeling of taking the record while working. Document as you go!

Documents

Assessments, tutorials, etc. are included. The assessments contains the evaluation criteria for this year’s assignments, and it will be updated from time to time, so please check it every other week after class. I copy and post it at the top of the page of my personal biweekly assignment. If you look at the tutorial when you are in trouble with the assignment, there are many tips on how to proceed, so it is a good idea to read it once.

English

The common language at the academy is English. All classes, evaluations, and communication are conducted in English. Of course, all documents must be written in English. However, English itself is a tool and does not teach English, so it is good to write documents using translation tools, etc. In addition, when translating using AI, a prompt will also be displayed. However, all photos must be in English, so it is recommended that the language of the software be English. Even if I got 0 points on the English test when I was a student, I was able to graduate, so even if you are not good at English, you can do it !!

I replaced it with an iPad, but it is recommended to prepare one. It is very easy to use to write down what you have learned, write down data, and write a rough design proposal.
