Water ReUse Indoor Garden
In Week I we had to start thinking of a final project proposal and collect ideas with sketches.
With the crowdedness of cities and urabn life, having green spaces in apartments was alsmost impossible.
However people are starting to find ways to have their own home-grown organic herbs and vegetables without consuming a lot of water.
During the covid-19 pandemic while people were obliged to stay home with limited visits to markets. A lot wanted to acquire new skills especially with their childrens.
The ideas behind urban organic farms started giving a refreshing green spaces inside high-rise buildings.
These new skills of planting and having green ares is contributing to the sustainable movement and also helped in saving money.
While doing some research I found that during summer humid days people can collect 5-20 gallons of water from the air conditioners.
The idea of tower gardens kit is to reuse the water gallons by having a home garden with fresh herbs and vegetables.
The kit comes as parts and can be assembled in several ways and designs to fit your space or apartment.
The aim of the project is to improve indoor spaces by installing indoor gardens.
The kit can be assembled to fit any space and to follow any source of light direction. It is designed to improve the cityscapes and provide a healthy lifestyle.
Improved GREEN SPACES inside apartments make cities that are gloomy and clustered a better happy place to live in.
Such GREEN PROJECTS change the mood of the apartment making it look happier.
The system works with AUTOMATED irrigation system collected from the AC water and rain to have green herbs and vegetables all the time.
