The milling machine used to this assignment was the
LPKF ProMat S63
like i shown below, this machine is ideal for printed circuit board protoyping applications ranging from digital to RF, offering a great mix of performance and price.
The ProMat S63 works straight from CAD data to process boards. Features include a fiducial recognition camera which aids the user with front-to-back alignment for double-sided and multilayer PCBs, and an automatic tool changer for expedited board production. In conjunction with a 60000 rpm motor and high accuracy, it's easy to see why the ProMat S63 is LPKF's best-selling PCB milling machine.
2. SOFTWARE
The software used was the Circuit Pro, This software make the process basic CAM operations, executing the process planning wizard, import the gerber files, import the drill file, establishing rubout boundaries, insert the fiducials and create toolpaths.
Another software used was the Eagle, The Eagle PCB Design Software is the tool of choice for thousands of engineers worldwide, it offers a variety of design circuit, export gerber files for cam operations.

4. ASSIGNMENT
The process is the following:
Data input: The software supplied with the LPKF ProMats processes all standard layout data formats. The position the layouts on the blanks and control the structuring.
Create Fiducials: The fiducials are drilled with the LPKF circuit board plotter. The LPKF ProMats can be upgraded with an optical fiducial identification system for more precise positioning of the board.
Structure the boards: Once the fiducials have been made, the LPKF structure the tracks, the fiducials are used for precise positioning.
Drilling the holes for through-hole plating, the vias for through-hole plating are drilled by the LPKF circuit board plotter.
Through hole plating, The LPKF is used after the vias have been drilled to reliably create the through-hole plating without using any messy chemicals.

6. MISTAKE TO PROGRAMA THE MILLING MACHINE
I have any problems while the machine was milling the board, such I show below.
I was very dificult find the error in the program because it din't see, but finally i would discover, the problem was the reference points to traslate the tool with the command G00, the parameter was setting correctly an it worked good.
Another problem was the conectivity with the board, I tryed with the commands in linux but I didn't get it.
7. THINKING IN MY FINAL PROJECT
I researched about this stage, i looked for a components and the configuration for motor control development, i have to learn more and more.
