Week 17

Goals of the week

Develop a plan for dissemination of your final project, prepare drafts of your summary slide, and video clip and put them in your root directory

License

I would like my project to be open source because I share the logic of "when we share everyone wins", but at the same time I believe it is right to own rights and prohibit distribution for commercial purposes. For this reason I have read well the Common Deed (basically summaries in a language comprehensible even to non-experts) of the various licenses Creative Commons and I've come to the conclusion that Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) could be the right license for my project. Indeed people can "share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format and adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material" but whoever will modify (and possibly share) my project must provide adequate credit and a link to the license. Furthermore, this cannot be used for commercial purposes.

This is the html code that you have to insert in the page where you publish the work covered by the Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0)
