Assembly

1. Preparing parts for assembly. M3 nuts, bolts and washers.

2. Getting ride of the support material. Rostock printed parts were printing in this HP DESIGNJET 3D Printer.

3. Insert M3 nuts in to each of the nut sized holes on the inside of the prited plastics. Help yourself with a hot soldering iron.

4. Preparing the hotend platform.

• Washers need to be used to protect plastic joints.
• Bolts and nuts should not cause friction, checking everything works and move step by step is a good idea.

5. Frame.

• Six stainless steel rods and 3 stepper motors.

6. Placing linear bearings of the hotend platform.
