About me

Hi!

I am Noora Nyberg. I study in Tampere University’s Hervanta campus and I’m taking chemistry as a major subject and physics and mathematics as minor subjects. I have also taken pedagogical studies so I’m qualified to teach mathematics and natural science. On my free time I like to swim and go to gym. And watch Netflix of course.

I welcome you to browse this website to see my work!

My background

I have lived my whole life in Tampere nearby Hervanta campus, which is a part of Tampere University. This is my sixth year studying in university. I’m now writing my master’s thesis about Mobile Fablab and will (hopefully) graduate this spring.

I am participating Fab Academy to get more familiar with the principles of digital fabrication and to gain new skills in order to design and develop Mobile Fablab workshops.

You can find more about my master’s thesis and Tampere University’s Mobile Fablab here.

Previous work

I am a bit familiar with 3D-printing and laser and vinyl cutting technologies but I can’t use CAD sofwares very smoothly yet. I neither have previous experience in other Fab Academy topics. This means it is going to be a pretty laborious spring concidering the fact that I’m also writing my master’s thesis. But I can do it!
