0. Principles and practices¶
Actually, The principle which, I want to do is … learn, try, experiment with all kinds things. So far, I am student with zero skills in cad designing, electronics and coding… I think with this learning, I can obtain a basic knowledge in the space of technology...... And I want that.......
The practices.... to learn every skill, you need to practices alot..... It is not diffcult to practise these skills, unless I don’t have interest.... But I am very much interested in learnning these skills and apply it...... In my background, I have played with some electronics and I have faced some troubles will making it....... Moreover, the doubts and questions made my mind to learn deep about all these technologies, hence practising is a never issuse for me.....
So, My Final Project, for the fab academy is Auto KAL(foot) Cleaner
The name is wired, but the purpose of this machine is to clean the foot...... in an faster, easier, less water consumption way.... So for that. I have designed a system....

In machining process, Actually, I am need some sugestions in making the outter case… I am uncertain with routering and Casting because I haven’t tried out both of them......

The Work Flow of The Foot Washer.....¶

Foot is detected by UltraSonic sensor....

After detection, when a button is pressed. From the Water pipe the water is hits the leg for “20 sec”(for an example)..

After a water wash… If the person, want to clean his leg, there will be a rotating bursh 15cm above from the filter… so the person can clean his foot by varying the speed of the potentiometer.

If the person want to wash his leg once again, he can, by pressing (water wash) button. Or If the person want to go… He can dry his feet before, he go inside his house with wet feet… For this there is a push button which turn’s “ON” A DC FAN for drying his feet.......
