I was born and raised in Lima, Perú, where I currently live. I've always liked to make things, maybe because of my dad's influence, and engineer who likes to have a lot of tools and fix almost everything around the house.
I studied in a school that had a special interest on arts, and I felt near to painting and sculpture. My mom is an architect and also teaches design workshop in college, so I also had that influence.Throught my hole life I've been near design, because my mom took me to college when she had a presentation in her class. When I finish school I knew I had to be an architect and I never doubted about my decision. I felt like I was really completing a part of my life.
I decided to study in Universidad Ricardo Palma, because I believe they had a different perspective about the teaching of design. When in college, I had to face constantly exercises where I had to create objects in larger scales and work with my hands and really experience space in the whole. That is a part of my life I really enjoyed and that's one of the reasons I've decided to take de Fab Academy. The feeling of creating actual things you can use is completely different to just making models, and that's something I want to experience.
