The supply chain has been affected due the closing of restaurants, airports and frontiers. A big amount of food is wasted because it is not being selled.
Producers and consumers are starting to connect almost directly through social media, whatsapp or mobile apps that deliver vegetables, fruit and meat directly from the farm to your house.
People are learning how to grow their own food at home, motivated by the inital covid scarcity and the free time they have. Growing from seeds taken from the food or froms scraps of food, is becoming more popular.
