1/8" acrylic

for cutting
vector speed = 15%

frequency = 5000hz

1/4" acrylic

for cutting
vector speed = 5%
vector power = 90%
frequency = 5000hz

STEP BY STEP

  1. open pdf in the correl
  2. set up document 24in for 12 in
  3. for vector mode : set strokes to hairlines, color black, NO FILL
  4. for raster mode: set fill black, NO STROKES
  5. go to printer preferences : file ->print -> printer Epilog Mini 24 -> preferences
  6. set up settings according to use material
  7. for raster engravin choose Bottom -UP
  8. if you have a raster mode set up resolution min 400 DPI
  9. for vector sorting choose Inside -Out
  10. press APPLY and PRINT
  11. turn on a FAN SWITCH
  12. set up laser focus
  13. push the button GO

Then Window Fab will pop up

LOAD                                                                                   MAKE path                                        MAKE .rml

Setting for cutting borders

REMBER TO SWITCH MILLING TOOL

choose cut out board 1/32

the same way, load new image for outline.
