1. Test
In this part I would show hot end test (test temperature and speed) and finial operation after assemble
In this part I use Arduino IDE to control my finial board.
After test some temperature, I find the temperature in the range of 180-195(a=180,b=195) is good ,and I show the test video in the following link:
But the connect has problem ,becasue I just plug the wood into the aluminum(interference fit)
But the wood is soft ,so it can't use for long time I use tape and glue to solve so that I can finish the test. In next version ,I would optimize the design .
After repair the structure and go on test. I control the temperature in 185-190 ,and 5mm/s in material push. It can running according to my design.
