Project proposed¶
My final project is control gate door system using web app
What will it do?¶
The problem that my project wants to solve of mechanical close/open gate door and reducing gate keepers on gate by control gate door using smartphone in presence of wifi receiver.where every family member will be having web app to close/open the gate.This project will be made of wifi switch, door sensor, creating web app.
Who has done what beforehand?¶
I started looking online projcts for control gate systems that works similar to the one am planning to make.This is an example of similar project that am planning to make.
What materials and components will be used?¶
.Acrylic in laser cutter.
.MDF in cnc machine
.Electronics components(ESP-12E,steeper motor, microcontrollers,copacitors,…)
Where will come from?¶
Many materials used are available in FabLab
How much will they cost?¶
I can’t precise the total cost because i used FabLab materials
What parts and systems will be made?¶
I designed PCB and printed using roland machine, the structure ground is made by MDF cut by CNC Machine other parts made in acrylic that cut in laser cutter.
What processes will be used?¶
The process i used: Electronics design for PCB milling, computer controlled cutting i.e sliding gate in Laser cutter, CNC machine i.e ground structure in shopbot cutting.
What questions need to be answered?¶
.Do the programming of the inputs make the outputs work correctly?
.Will moblile App work correctly?
.will network of wifi be available all the time?
