Thoughts

The base / support of the project is totally made of wood but it was thought to be able to wrap it in such a way that it can conform and integrate into the furniture of the environment in which it is intended to be placed. Each of the above mentioned elements is already existing and present on the market: the substantial difference lies in the handicraft production of the project with pieces built entirely in the laboratory. The ambitious objective of this project consists in the intention to apply for a patent.

 

What does Wrapping mean?

Wrapping was born as a method of decoration and personalization of cars and boats, through the application of films, but this same technique can also be used in furniture. The English term "wrapping" comes from the verb "to wrap": we can understand it as "coating" of something, in the case of furnishing a piece of furniture, a surface, an object. This method of renewing furniture offers truly incredible results with a minimal investment, for example in the case of the kitchen.
