2.1 Dissemination plan

[Updated:1201] I wish to follow the creative commons license for this project. I will make my project fully open sourced so everyone can make the same things for their pets and even improve from my previous effort. I will thus choose to go with CC BY, that This license allows reusers to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format, so long as attribution is given to the creator. The license allows for commercial use.

However there will be a way that i can generate some income out of this - i can provide the recipe of the project(as it is fully open sourced) and recommend the parts for making it. So people follow the instructions can also go with the same parts that i used and so i can make money out of it(I will be selling the parts).

Grove - I’m using many Grove modules from Seeed and it really lower the barrier of wiring, soldering skills as well as requirement of a lot of hardware knowledges.

Security - instead of using a commercial cloud platform transferring the data or doing the remote control, my project will be using a private cloud/server solution so that user doesn’t have to worry about their privacy getting hacked.

Manufacturing - Seeed also has a manufacturing business if anyone modified my existing recipes and looking at outsourcing a party to help manufacturing, then Seeed can do help on that.

I’m going to

1.Post my recipe in community based sites like Instructables or hackster.io and links back all the parts i used to my website and Seeed manufacturing business

2.Create a blog and create many projects and will profit the same way as i did to my project at FabAcademy.

2.2 Video editing

I choose “SHOTCUT” as my video editing tool. It is an open source software with cross platform support (Mac,Windows and also Linux).
