Components:

The plastic case: vacuum formed HIPS, formed over a 3D mould of Urethane foam. - I used the fusion main file which is called (neoguidance.f3d) in many different way. I used it the (neoguidance.stl) for the 3D paths and the (neoguidance.dxf) for the vector paths and the toolpath file called (exit toolpaths.crv). This files for the white plastic case. While the internal green case I modified the toolpath file and I called (internalexit.crv).

The sensor case: 3D printed ABS - Fusion 360 file is called file is called (sensorcase.f3d) and I used the (sensorcase.stl) to print to Cura on an Ultimaker3.

The frames: I used the same (neoguidance.dxf) to make the acrylic pieces and the gasket in EVA foam in laser cutter and the file called (frame.dxf)

Electronics: I designed in Eagle one master board and two slave board the schematic files called (neoguidanceschematic.sch) while the board file called (neoguidancepcb.brd), For more information visits my Input Devices Output Devices.

Programming: The code for the master board is called (neoguidancemaster.ino) and the code for slave is called (neoguidanceslave.ino)
