01.The sketch of my final project





I imagined for my final project to design an automotive robot that will be guided by the gestures of the fingers of the hand. I plan to place two motors, for the different movements of my robot. I drew a tank model with wheels and rails and a gans equipped with an electronic circuit and an integrated Wifi system (this is my first idea that I had to establish communication between my gans and my bot). For the design of the parts of my robot I will use the different machines available from our FabLab. For the moment I do not yet have a precise idea of everything that I will have to use or not, and I hope to succeed in designing it with all that I will have learned during the fabacademy.




02.Plan and control of my robot

a.Plan

The plan that I established for my robot is rather simple, I based myself a little on the plan of some automotive robot design tutorials on Youtube, it helped me a lot to better see and understand better how to place my motor and how to organize the location of my circuit boards and the batteries for my motors.



b.Control

I will place one of the motors on the left of the front wheels and another on the right of the rear wheels. Then for the execution of the different movements of my robot I will turn my motors in the following directions: For the forward gear my motors will turn simultaneously in one direction so that it moves in the same direction and in the other direction for the reverse gear. My drawing model is not yet well determined for For Rotaion on itself on the left I will make my motors turn simultaneously in the opposite direction with respect to the other. For my guys I don't have a precise idea of how to make it yet.
