This week assignment is: to build a personal site in the class archive describing me and my final project

After some playing around with different site building options: WIX (couldn’t download my site), WordPress, Dreamweaver and GetSimple I end up using local installation of WordPress which I found as the best and easiest option.

I installed it locally using XAMPP as my local host.

 Here is a very good tutorial of how to install WordPress on XAMPP.

I use PageSucker to download the site.

And that is it!!
