ECHO HELLO JUICER

In this week I planned to make a juicer which is printed from all 3D printer and controlled by ATtiny44 micro-controller. from the net i download and get idea for making the juicer. The hand operated juicer which is convenient, easy to use. But i try to make it simple with incorporating CAD and manufacturing knowledge. I'm not mechanical or electronic guy, but i tried to make it.

1. Juicer Body: First i make a juicer body with Fusion 360, and 3d printed by Sindoh DP200

2. Juicer feed thread: For this i design a rotating feed and 3D printed.

4. Bearing holder: I need to attach a bearing holder for fix rotating in axial rotation

5. Body Stand: For holding the body I made a stand where juicer body fix with it

Belt Pulley: For attachment with stepper motor i need a pulley, I download it from grabcad and print it.

Electronics: For this I was made a design and mill the board and controlled it by NEMA 17 Stepper motor. I will used easy driver for stepper motor.

still I'm working on it, when I'm going to programmed here i facing one problem that was the easy stepper motor driver getting hot. So tried to fix it.

I was made a project board by modela for this assignment, Here I check it and and try to operate the motor. Suddenly this board ISP Header PIN are broken and the traces are wipe out. In this situation to make a new one is not possible in my lab cause we don't have any milling machine. We already give the purchase order for SRM20. For this assignment I'm going to t0 use commercial board Arduino NANO>

For smooth attachment I use glue for attachment of bearing and feeding tray. I try to connect it without wiring of a family. I decided to make it a good juicer. Where it fix on the PLA and plastics. For movement of the motor and feeding tray within body are each connected to moving the motor.

After that I try to use it or making juice, where I'm going to operate this machine
