I am 36 and I was born in Agrigento. I moved to Pisa to attend university. I graduated two years ago in Telecommunications engineering. I love radio controlled models (expecially the ones which can fly) and i hope one day i can build one from scratch :)
I have always been fascinated by information technology and electronics but during university I studied them mainly on the books. Therefore when i read about Fablab i was curious and I started attending an Arduino course and then few workshops. I really liked doing a physical object starting from a project designed on the screen. Since then i have strong interest to discover all the techniques of digital fabrication. I think that digital fabrication can give me both personal and professional (i hope) pleasure. I also like people who hang out at Fablab and even peer-to-peer learning. Fablab is a stimulating environment and i’d like to be more involved in it.
Since two years ago I was a semi-professional volleyball player in CUS Pisa and I am also a volleyball trainer. Now i have started to learn afro-brasilian percussion at Laboratori Batubanda.
