I started to develop my final project working with my group of machine design assignment. I worked with Cristian Cisneros and Toshiro tabuchi as group, we wanted to know and develop the technologies of CNC machine.
The first machine that we made was to know that we are able to use and modify this kind of machines, because of that we used used components, we recycle components to make it cheaper and to know how similar machines were built.
After the assignment of machine design we all wanted to continue with the project but each with a different goal, with different concepts of the cnc machine.
Our main concept is to develop CNC machines for the people in latinoamerica, here the home 3d printers are still being a luxurious article. If we could manage this technologie we could introduce it in different fields.
I m thinking about the application of the cnc machines in the culinary field, my friends were thinking also about concepts like laser machine, 3d printer.
But we started with the milling machine, as final project we developed a more replicable machine, most of the pieces were made in fablab, we bought only motors, screws, bearings and some electronic pieces.
