Before working on the solution it is important to follow certian set of instruction, the main safety regulations and other important points are mentioned below and detailed instructions can be found in the datasheet

Technical specifications:

pot life: 15 min

cure time : 75 min

Useful temperature range : -65°F to 400°F (-53°C to 205°C)

General Safety

Use in a properly ventilated area (“room size” ventilation). Wear safety glasses, long sleeves and rubber gloves to minimize contamination risk. Wear vinyl gloves only. Latex gloves will inhibit the cure of the rubber.

Safety Steps:

Use only with adequate ventilation. Contact with skin and eyes may cause irritation. Flush eyes with water for 15 minutes and seek immediate medical attention. Remove from skin with waterless hand cleaner followed by soap and water.

Pre Use conditions:

Store and use material at room temperature (73°F/23°C).

How to use:

Stir Part A and Part B thoroughly before dispensing. After dispensing equal amounts of Parts A and B into mixing container, mix thoroughly for 3 minutes making sure that you scrape the sides and bottom of the mixing container several times. Mixture should have a uniform color with no color streaks. If you observe color streaks, continue mixing until they are eliminated. Mixing containers should have straight sides and a flat bottom. Mixing sticks should be flat and stiff with defined edges for scraping the sides and bottom of your mixing container.

General Safety

Wear safety glasses, long sleeves and rubber gloves to minimize contamination risk. Use only in a well-ventilated area

Safety Steps:

Contains Methylene Diphenyl Isocyanate. Do not get in eyes, mucous membranes or on skin. Do not take internally. Do not breathe fumes. Use only with adequate ventilation. Wear chemical-resistant gloves and eye protection when using this product.

Pre Use conditions:

Liquid urethanes are moisture sensitive and will absorb atmospheric moisture.

or plastic. Materials should be stored and used in a warm environment (73°F/23°C).

How to use:

Stir or shake both Part A & Part B thoroughly before dispensing. After dispensing equal amounts of Parts A and B into mixing container (100A:90B by weight), mix thoroughly. Scrape the sides and bottom of your container several times. Be careful not to splash low viscosity material out of the container.

Cerrotru alloy

This alloy is used for casting purpose.Its a mix of Bismuth(58) and Tin(42).

Melting point of 281 °C

Saftey precaution : Use thermal gloves while handelling, Keep it at safe distance from body when in molten state.
