Molding and Casting
Casting a YoYo: Initial Attempt. For the Molding and Casting unit, I decided to create a YoYo. I thought about creating one with my name embedded on Smooth Cast 306 (the clear plastic stuff), coloring the 2 sides of the YoYo with an additive, and embedding LEDs that would light up my name. However, I thought it would be wise to start small, and designed a very simple version of a YoYo. This ended up being a good idea, as I made a ton of mistakes during each step of the process, and it took twice as long as I expected to make a first version.
