Final Project Ideas....
For my final project I want to create a display that is responsive to vibrations. More specifically the vibrations that emanate from a guitar. I could possibly utilize multiple inputs, most likely piezo sensors to pick up signal to pick up signal from the bridge, the neck, or the body of my instrument. My goal is to use a micro controller to interpret the voltages induced by the piezo as a frequency. Using this information I would then program my display (I'm thinking some sort of 3-D installation to be mounted on a wall) to react to specific frequencies produced by my guitar. For example when I play an “A” the green leds mounted to the installation will turn on and turn off the blue ones etc...
