Solar powered wireless sensor node

solar-powered wireless sensor node

This solar-powered design uses the LT3105 energy harvester along with a supercap and the RFM69 module and high effeciency solar cells. Once it is charged it will send out temperature readings via RF to a receiver connected to a computer until it runs out of juice at which point it will put the microchip to sleep and wait for the super cap to recharge. It has impressive range and charges fast in good light.
