Characterize the lasercutter
To determine the cutting parameters, 24 samples were made, in which the parameters were varied, in the case of cutting, power, speed and frequency; and in the case of engraving, power, speed and PPI. The material that was used is 3 mm thick mdf.

To conclude, sample 19 was chosen because it had a good burnt color of the laser cut (it was light brown), also the engraving was sharp. However, this procedure was carried out at noon, and at the end of the day I made the cut of the "Press-fit Construction Kit". As a result, the laser did not finish penetrating the MDF and could not cut it completely. This is because the lens of the laser cutter had already become dirty, and it is an external factor that must be taken into account.
