  • Component Usage

    • Makes sure that the tab goes into the slot correctly.
    • Sticking cutouts together with tabs/slots.
    • The slot must be made adjusted for the size of the cut so or the tab won't fit.
    • Parametric CAD duplicates a shape and changes all duplicates when any is changed.

  • Press Fit Box

    This week I laser printed a press fit box. I used champering and parametric design to make my diagram. I decreased the size of the slots by the size of the laser beam. I was able to successfully print and assemble the box.
